• VISA Platinum - great low rate of 7.90% APR!
• VISA Classic - everyday low rate of 12.90% APR!
• VISA Credit Builder -initial rate of 16.9%, but if credit record remains satisfactory for 6 months, the rate will be automatically lowered to 14.9%.

Checking Accounts

ATM / CASH MACHINES
A British Airways Employees Federal Credit Union ATM (Cash Machine) Card gives you 24-hour access to your accounts at millions of ATMs worldwide.

No Surcharge ATM's
We are extremely pleased to report that we have now achieved a major expansion in the number of No Surcharge ATM / CASH MACHINES that our members will be able to access. We know that access to their cash through ATM Machines is of great interest to our members, especially those who are located outside of the Bulova Building.

The Networks we participate with now have over 28,000 ATM's where they do not charge a Surcharge (and over 5,000 of them accept cash deposits) and there has been a significant increase of more than 500 machines in the NY Metropolitan area. Details of these follow and include access to a "locator" where you can enter your Zip code, and see the nearest No Surcharge ATM.

CO-OP Network Look for the CO-OP Network logo at more than 25,000 locations throughout the United States for surcharge-free withdrawals. There are a number of these located in New York City where many of our members live. Find a CO-OP Network ATM
Alliance One Through participation in Alliance One, a no-surcharge credit union group, you can also use your British Airways Credit Union ATM Card at almost 3,000 machines across the United States. There are over 120 of these located on Long Island where a majority of our members live. Find an Alliance One ATM.
AIRPORT LOCATIONS This year our members have expressed their appreciation for the significant expansion we achieved at the Airport locations. Our Members can use the ATM Cash Machines without incurring a surcharge at the British Airways Terminals at JFK, Newark, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Boston, Denver, Seattle, Dallas, Miami, Pittsburgh, and Atlanta, as well as those at LaGuardia Airport.

As this network expands, we will keep you posted on additional locations.

Direct Deposit
This free service lets you have all or a portion of your net pay, retirement or government-issued checks automatically deposited into your credit union account every pay period. With Direct Deposit, you'll never have to worry about a lost or stolen check again - or have to wait in line on payday.

Payroll Deduction
With Payroll Deduction, you can have a portion of your net pay transferred directly to your credit union account(s) every pay period. This free service is a convenient way to establish a regular pattern of saving and make payments on your credit union loan automatically.
